Storage Post Manager, Kennard was incredibly helpful, kind, and detail-oriented as I explored different storage unit options. His dedication to excellent service was evident in every interaction. On an especially hot day, he even offered water to the mail carrier—a small but meaningful gesture that speaks volumes about his work ethic and genuine care for both customers and federal employees. I hope the company sees this post. They have a true gem!

just wanted to say how very professional and courteous the branch manager Kevin has been!!It is rare to find someone who truly cares for their customer base.I might add, the area manager Alex has also been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions..WISH WE HAD MORE TO STORE THERE!! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I walked in, gt attended to immediately. But Most of all let me tell you about an employee Shevaun which is why im givibg thm 5 stars. He was the most helpful, well mannered and pleasant young man. He hlpd me and my sons sooooo much. He made the experience great! Definitely will recommend to anybody looking for their things to put in storage. Talk to him.

Amazing customer service ! I most say Jorge is very polite and was able to answer all my questions seeing that this is my very first time going through this storage process .Randy also made me feel secure storing my furniture with storage post & I think I made a great decision .
