Both Deanna and the other manager went above and beyond what's expected of them. From my experience these 2 ladies are definitely assets to your company.

My Review is for Edyta. Edyta is the friendliest, most professional, caring woman on your staff, ever, bar none. I have been in this location for years and while I’ve come across some nice people, Edyta is the Best. Hands down. She has been supportive, a great listener, very knowledgeable about all things Storage post and each time I speak to her, she is very patient with me. I went through a difficult event and while I was frazzled and overwhelmed, she allowed me explain my situation, gave me the space to express myself, all without judgement. She has no idea how much that meant to me. I was lucky enough to speak to her today again and I made sure to make her aware of the impact her kindness had on me. It was a smooth process signing up for it. Shawn was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and climate controlled which is good for us. I'd recommend this place.

Edited: 01.07.24 Nice, new, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. So why one star? Their website said that they accommodate 24 hour access requests, and that was the reason why I chose this location. After signing up, I requested that we initiate the process for 24 hour access, and at first I was told to write an email on my company letterhead and I’ll likely get approved…an hour later I get a call from the rep, and they stated that “management (suddenly) changed their policy”. It’s a bit disappointing that I cannot receive the service I was expecting, as I have a business that requires short notice travel…if I get a call at 10pm asking me to take a flight the next morning at 6am, then I will have no access to my gear, which means I’ll need to turn down work. The staff is still a highlight, though. UPDATE: Management reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain my situation, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get anything out of my previous review, so it came as a surprise to me when management contacted me and offered me a solution. The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing, and I cannot be any more grateful.
