The young lady at the desk was very customer friendly, she explained everything in full detail. Her demeanor was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable . Even as I was expressing my concerns she was able to assure me that my belongings will be safe .

I move to a new city on average 3 times per year, and use storage units a LOT. This business has had the BEST customer service I've experienced in years, and the building itself is very easily accessible and clean. I've rented with them twice, and would absolutely rent again.

I came at closing and employee Dandre Mckoy was very helpful by accommodation me with making a payment on my bill . Thank god he wasn't closed because i would have caught a late charge on my bill
