We just had a great experience at the East Village location of Storage Post. We were greeted by Lynda in the front office who was friendly and super helpful. Claudio was professional and courteous as he helped us with the freight elevator and walked us to our unit. The space is exactly what we need and easy to access. I will absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs storage in the area!

This storage facility and there employees are incredible!!!!!! Destini,Nay and Majick were excellent at helping me with my storage needs. They showed me the unit and when a problem came up when I was signing up they quickly handled it. I appreciate all of them and I would recommend them to other to get the same great service I got. Many was able to answer all my questions, showed me units that were closer to the elevator (less walking) and very respectful!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

The move in was smooth the facility was clean orderly and organized. The store manager Anthony was kind and friendly’made us feel welcomed and extremely helped with every detail and aspect of our move. The overall experience was rlexcellevt and I recommend this storage facility.
