Jessica is awesome! She went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service! She aided me in the process from start to finish and made it all effortless. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and also took the time to inform me on several options, and in the end helped me select an excellent unit for my needs. She even sent me pictures and video of the Unit she recommended for me! Thank you Jessica! The property is very clean, newer construct, large doors, well lit, and provides 24 hour access. All fantastic features that one would want in a storage facility.

I've been a client at this particular branch for more than three years and personally the staff has given me excellent customer service there .i want to personally say thank you! for Ms Takasha Ross who'o has always been very polite and making me very welcome when i visit the facility and telling me to have a great day always addressing me as mr Glenn although Im okay with Just Glenn not many of us still exercise what our parents taught and im greatfull to that she does thank You!
