This is the second time we have rented with Storage Post in Garden City. The place is immaculate and climate controlled. The location is very convenient to our daughter's college. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even remembered us from last year. We will continue to rent with them as long as our daughter is in school.

Smooth running place, no trouble making staff…have parking, two units and renting more soon. Still moving lots, but all perfect so far after month, and very clean, private and secure!! Ty

It is a storage place. Management does the best they can under their corporate guidelines. Not really climate controlled (depends on where your storage unit is). Nice location.

I moved my belongings in today- 6/3/2023. Dane couldn't have been nicer! He was very helpful, very polite and professional. He was thorough in explaining various things on the lease and answered all of my questions. Prior to today, I spoke to Portia on the phone a couple of times and she was equally helpful and kind. Exceptional service. Took my name and said they’d call me when the size space I needed availed itself. I was shocked they actually did. Good for them. Very friendly and courteous staff. Competitive pricing, stocks your basic boxes and packaging needs at with out upcharge which is good honest business. AND is directly across the street from a U-Haul dealer.

It was a pleasure dealing with the manager Al and this company. I would recommend to anyone in need of a storage unit to use Storage Post.

I was in an uber with all my belongings stranded because the facility at which I held a reservation was closed and not answering the phone. I was desperate and anxious! I was treated quickly over the phone by the representative who gave me a couple options of locations, helped me chose an appropriate size unit, and signed me up over the phone. Knowing I was paying by the minute for my transportation I was given the ability to sign and send the lease agreement electronically so all would be set upon arrival. At the location the staff also was considerate of my car situation tell me to unload first and we could go through the tour and instructions after, to keep me expenses low during my move. I typically do not right reviews but this was an oasis in the desert experience and I am glad to share!
