I have just moved my stuff to Storage Post on Grand Ave from Treasure Island on Tillary st because they are closing permenantly. I am very happy with this move because Storage Post is a hidden gem, this is my first time to know about Storage Post.I had a great experience from booking my room by phone until I moved in. Now I love everything about Storage Post specially the nice and friendly staff not to mention their fully automated services accessing the building to paying your monthly bill online. Forgot to mention the sqweeky clean building and storage rooms.

I recently booked a storage unit online at the Public Storage in Linden. I am yet to visit the facility, but tempted to leave this review now itself to share my experience. The facility manager, Tatiana, is awesome!! The moment I booked the unit, Tatiana called to introduce herself, walk me through the online rental process in detail, answer all my questions and schedule an appointment for me to visit. After I completed the online reservation, Tatiana promptly called to thank me and again answer any questions. Very professional, pleasant, courteous, thorough and helpful team, led by their manager Tatiana.

Representative was so helpful especially during this stressful time. She was calm and informative. Great customer service!
