Coming to leave a review primarily for the help that Jessica gave me. We were moving in on thanksgiving and moving our storage unit from another facility the day before. Because the google hours didn’t reflect the different holiday hours we showed up just after closing, Jessica went out of her way to get us set up with our unit and ready to load in from the dock. The storage unit is pretty much what you would expect from a place at this price in Chicago, carts are provided, heated/cooled, nice and clean with a good parking lot after the gate. Thanks again Jessica, truly a lifesaver.

Their staff was so helpful and friendly, and their facilities were spotless. I appreciate their commitment to customer service and would definitely use them again in the future.

I have used multiple storage companies around NYC and find Storage Post Self Storage the best. The 32 Grand Avenue Location in Ft Greene Brooklyn is excellent. From the 24 hour access, to the wide loading area, and the regular availability of carts makes this location easy to use. Managers Kelvin and Morrison were particularly helpful in showing me various units and getting one best suited to my needs. Highly recommended.
