Definitely a gem in Jersey City. We rented 3 units. Each encounter with no issues. I cannot think of anything negative about this Storage Post. Staff is courteous, the space is clean, entry space is huge, location is great off of truck route 1-9. I guess my only issue is hours of access (can't enter before 6am or after 8pm), but I assume that's a legal thing. Would definitely recommend.

Kim was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my experience. She communicated clearly and professionally, which made me feel comfortable and at home.
