I came to visit the facility to take a look around, immediately I love the building, After coming into the office lavona had introduced herself to me and told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone for a follow up, I thought very nice of her ! Today I came to move in. Lavona knows what she’s doing ! She is GREAT ! Very good customer service ! And we talked for 20 minutes and laughed, I felt really good leaving out. I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly ! & that’s all thanks to lavona ! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post ! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service !
