They are all courteous, professional, and very helpful... the Specialist at this Jersey City site, Yamash Singh, is an exemplary employee! The Customer Service Rep., "Porsha," with whom a spoke on the phone, is equally terrific and courteous! In addition, as a previous customer of years ago, Specialist, Val, was amazing! Because of my satisfaction with this Company, I've previously sent referrals; including my daughter, Michelle B, still a present customer. I’ve been using this storage facility for almost two years for my personal and business purposes. I’m very satisfied with staff,they are helpful professional and friendly. Fred the manager is very courteous,always there to help and answer all questions. Once I closed one unit and after closing I have received some packages so month or two after I went to get the new unit and they kept and held my packages for me. They definitely deserve 5 starts.

Pleased, satisfied & gracious is an understatement, Manny is truly remarkable person. He really is the best person I ever dealt with when it comes to customer service and genuinely caring for what does for customers passionately. He keeps this place clean and the energy he gives off is uplifting. The access hours, alot of security cameras, spacious loading docks, along of elevators, love the kiosk outside and I love the intercom and of course the prices.
