I stopped-by today to get some information in my quest to obtain a storage unit. Ms. Jessica Santos was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She represented your company well and made a great impression on me. Thank you and congratulations to you and Ms. Santos.

Very disappointed, I lost my key, i went to ask person at office and she told me thatcshe was already closing so I have to comeback tomorrow at business hours, I know, i was 10 minutes past 6 pm but, she didn't leave till 6 30 pm, that may would take 5 to 10 minutes to use bolt cutting, that is call customer service.

When I went in the to get a locker the person behind the counter was absolutely wonderful. She took time explaining the lockers and also the prices. She took us up to the locker . The place is very very clean and bright. Highly recommend this place

Claude I have been using storage facilities for the last 12 years and by far Storage Post is the ideal place to store your belongings! the hours are great, the staff is professional, courteous, respectful and extremely helpful.
