I've been with this storage company since 2021. My relatives introduced me to this storage location. We are all very much satisfied with their services. Good service, amazing staff, amazing owners & managers.. this storage company makes sure their customers are very much satisfied. Big upside to them.

My experience was pleasurable from start to finish .Abraham and the rest of the team went above and beyond to confirm my needs were meet. I cant say my situation was ordinary so I didn't expect the grace I received. Also the building is impeccable kept. I recommend this location as the staff will definitely take care of you.

Had a unit in the east village location for over 10 years, since it was Keepers, and have always been greeted by Lynda's welcoming smile and upbeat attitude. Never a problem she can't help me with. Between Lynda and the elevator guys, the service is top notch!

If I could give more stars I would ... GREAT staff and Manager was very nice, honest and helpful , the facility is just spotless looks and feels good and organized once you get there. Paperwork was very easy and fairly quick. Reasonable rates. I'd say it's all due to their professionalism and a fantastic customer service they provide. Really Happy with my experience. Thanks +
