I had a unit here for over 5 years! They rarely raised the rent at all so that is a major plus. It went up maybe 20 bucks during the whole course of our time renting the space which I think is reasonable. Customer service, both via phone and in person, was always impeccable. The facility is nice. It’s temperature controlled and easy to navigate, they provide carts and elevators. They even let me borrow a broom to finish up cleaning when I moved out which was nice. Anytime I was a little late paying the rent they worked with me and let me get caught up without too much hassle, unlike other facilities where it seems like they’re overly eager to auction your stuff. Overall I highly recommend this storage facility!

Can I just say I've seen Anna do nothing but run around the building with her head cut off all while keeping her professionalism. She has really helped me through it all with a smile and to make it better she treats every customer as family making us laugh and smile through this hard process. Because of her ive stayed now a few months so thank you Anna you are truly a blessing to this place.

The manager, Manny, was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile in helping to select a unit. The premises is very clean and orderly. Access is also very simple. Would definitely recommend to this location to a friend or family.
