Alex at the Yonkers location is really on the ball. He gets the job done whatever it takes and no matter the barriers he has to get through. The heat was in dire need of repairs and he saw to it that it was done. Its considerably warmer withing the building. Could still use a few degrees higher but at least its working. I always see him being ultra friendly with the customers including myself and always on the go getting something accomplished in the building. Its always kept up in great care and clean. I dont think I can say an unkind word about him or that location. Keep up the great work guys!

So far I dealt with Portia over the phone. Her kindness and sunny personality made my day. She was thorough, clear, and gracious. She also has a great sense of humor.

I had a dilemma picking up my son from college. My wife had made arrangements to place his items in storage close to his university. However, that was not to be. Mind you, I was 4 hours away from the Self Storage location in the Rockaways. Long story short, place call to SS, and they accommodated me with the storage unit that I was looking for a 5 / 5, and everything was done over. The phone contract was sent and received past codes provided access upon arrived at the storage unit BY 9:30 PM and stored all my son's stuff, so kudos to self storage.

Everyone at Storage Post was very friendly and outgoing, and I've got to say their customer service is really top-notch. I have visited other storage facilities to find out which would be the safest, cleanest, and most secure, and this location exceeded my expectations.
