My experience was incredible. Carmen was excellent showing me the different storage units and operation of the facility. Ivan was very knowledgable carefully going over all my options. They were a big reason I decided to go with Storage Post.

I came in late and the building was about to close but Karim stayed to help me out. I had to go but told Karim I'll be back in the morning. I came back with my brother despite the weather and found out my unit was sold to another customer at 5am online. I was ready to leave but Karim showed us another unit and told us we should try it out. We decided to give it a try! Dan was very helpful - showed me a few units to choose from. Overall a very smooth experience. I would allow yourself about 30 minutes as several forms need to be filled out and signed.
