Friendly staff!

As someone who has used several storage facilities in the past, I can confidently say that Storage Post in Jersey City is the best. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the units are clean and well-maintained, and the security is top-notch. I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with storing my belongings here.

I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with at Storage Post — Portia, Kelvin, Maria, and Ashley. Each person was very friendly and helpful, and after a stressful week managing my move and a terrible time speaking to other storage facilities in the area, they made me glad I chose Storage Post. I was looking to move in on Easter, and many facilities in the area were going to be closed, and offered no options. When I spoke to Portia at Storage Unit, she offered me the option of coming down to the office of the location I was looking at and sign up for a unit before the office closed for the day, so that I could get everything set up for access on Easter Sunday with no issues. I haven't moved yet but so far so good. Very happy with the customer service here.

I had to catch a flight to go to South Florida. I explain the situation to the young lady working on 08/31/19 in the am. She went above and beyond to assist me. I am very grateful for her assistance. You hardly find that now a days. I got the free 2 hour move . It was all done in a timely manner and I was able to make the flight.

Storage Post's competitive pricing was a pleasant surprise. As young parents, we appreciated the excellent service they provided at a price that didn't break the bank. It's great to know we made a cost-effective choice.

I had to get my storage situated quick and in a hurry and Carmen helped me do that and much more. Super grateful for her assistance specifically.
