I’ve had my things in a huge storage compartments for about one year and each and every time I’ve had a concern or question everyone on staff has always been helpful, professional and very courteous In assisting me each time. The facility is extremely clean which for me is essential and the facility is very convenient if one needs to grocery shop and a Petsmart is located a hop, skip and a jump from them. When my POD arrived I thought it was going to be a challenge but everything was done quickly due to the availability of their 2 huge elevators. I recommend this particular facility to anyone needing great access to their belongings because of their after hours extended hours and great staff.

Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Patient with my indecisive struggle on what unit would fit our needs best. Highly recommend Matt at the East Setauket location.
