I'm still a customer here but I have to admit, the prices are way too expensive. I'll probably downgrade soon, or find a better location.

Very disappointed garbage every where on the floor and not light inside the room. it's hard to see and move the furniture around. staff was very pleasant though.

Showed up to check in on the date we said we would be here and the office is closed on tuesdays when the email confirmation says m-f 10:30-5. They have a video connect which we tried many times and no one answered. Finally got someone on the 888 number who helped us access our unit. Frustrating experience so far.
