You might not think of self-storage as having legendary status, but in New York City, some names carry more weight than others. The Sofia family is one of them. And now, we are proud to move that legacy forward!

We acquired three long-standing Sofia Storage locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn. These facilities are in some of NYC's most desirable neighborhoods. The newly acquired facilities are:

If you know anything about NYC real estate, you'll recognize these as what industry folks call "unicorn assets" (rare finds in a market where every square foot is precious and development opportunities are increasingly scarce).
