This lady must take OVER at this location!!!! Edyta showed the out most amazing customer service. She manages the New Jersey location but I would love to see her here more often she must take OVER. The best customer service I have ever seen anywher… through the whole process aswell as connected with me socially Edyta while guiding me to the best locker for me .Not enough words to express the best service .

I cannot say enough positive things about Storage Post on Dunnigan Drive in Suffern, NY. From the minute we walked in and met Joan the process of picking the right size storage unit, being shown how secure the site is and how easy access to our unit will be, was smooth sailing. Joan is professional, knowledgeable and personable. We definately feel that our possessions will be well stored and cared for.

I was recommended by a neighbor, and I really don't regret it at all. Kimberly, the female who I met the day I went to inquire, was very knowledgeable and polite a d friendly. No hassle. Also, Portia from the corporate office, was very helpful, friendly, and very much outgoing. I like the treatment I received. I hope it continues while my belongings are there, and into the future. I had a very good experience in this store. I was helped as soon as I walked in and was given great service. I felt comfortable in the store, it was very clean and I felt as if my personal items were in good hands. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Outstanding personnel site manager geneisha high leadership skills had the best information. And kisha even while injured was able to give me so much information and sold me the perfect amount of boxes such a wonderful experience would recommend highly!!!!
