I had a very positive experience at storage post. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's so easy to drive up and use the elevators and provided carts even if your storage unit isn't close to the entrance. There is often only one person in the office so do leave a little extra time for check in (for example check in and get an orientation on your unit/sign the contract before you hire movers so they don't have to be waiting while you check in - it took about 20 minutes.)

Mortimer was the gentlemen that helped us today! We booked mainly based on our experience with him. He was professional and personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The establishment is clean and well lit and accessible. But the customer service is where they won me and my wife over. Highly recommended.
