I reserved my space with Portia. She was fabulous from the start. Answered all of my questions and got me going. When I arrived to the facility on East 10th Street, I was greeted by Stan. Checking in with him was super easy and he explained everything thoroughly. I was escorted to my unit by Ghandi. He was friendly and kind. He explained hours and elevators to me and answered all of my questions. Everyone I worked with today to reserve my unit was professional and very friendly. They made the process so seamless. THANK YOU!
