I'm a little late but have been so busy. However, I did not want to neglect writing my review any longer. I need to let people know how WONDERFUL Storage Post in RVC is. I spoke to Susan and Erin in the reservation center and they were so nice and helpful! I had to go to the office to fill out my paperwork and Jeffrey Gabburt was so professional and delightful and made the experience so smooth. My sister told me she just bought boxes there to help me pack and said the same thing... about how nice Jeffrey is. Five stars for Storage Post and their fantastic employees!!!!

My recent visit at Post Storage was fast, smooth and nothing short of professional. Manny, who assisted me was highly professional and attentive to my needs. Manny was very knowledgeable about all questions that I've raised and most of all he was patient. As I told him I was looking to move into a smaller unit, I was given detailed info about various units and made me feel comfortable if I had any further questions to ask. He's inviting, warm and friendly yet professional which is a balance that is not often seen in business nowadays. I appreciated my experience and will suggest others to try them (Post Storage, North Shore) as well. Thanks again.

Clean, bright location with helpful staff. I moved from another storage facility and one of the biggest complaints I had with it was the small number of carts that were always locked up so you had to go to their office to get a key which frequently were unavailable. This location has a large amount of unlocked carts. Very pleased.

I was very pleased with my move in. MR.REVERA & MS.INDIA was very helpful, nice, plesent to speak with, they listened to my needs and delivered. India met me outside on the day of my move in to assist me this were to park the truck for my convenience. Now that's the kind of customer service I need all the time. I belive with the two of them that this term will be a delight.

This location of Storage Post offers amazing, caring, personal service. Carlos has been helping me for years, & Shaday as well. They are organized, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and honest about what will work best for me. They truly go out of their way to help with all the logistical needs , that add up to a lot. Moving apartments and homes , in/out of relationships, opening/closing businesses and offices, with complicated storage situations - they have made such a positive difference for me. Highly recommend!!!

I was a little hesitant about renting a storage unit at first, but this place has totally exceeded my expectations.

I am very impressed with the service I received in renting s storage unit this past weekend. From the call representative, Eric, to the Ridgewood manager, Carlos, I was able to reserve a unit on Thursday and move-in on Saturday without any issues. I was concerned after reading comments about unsatisfactory customer service. I wanted to give them a try due to the close proximity to my apartment, longer access hours, and the clean external appearance. Carlos was very helpful in processing my account; guiding me to my storage unit to assess the size; and showing the best route to the loading dock. I’m very pleased with my move-in storage day experience and the management at the facility.
