New Orleans, LA. River Road. First rental of storage unit at this company. Prompt, courteous, attentive service given. Shown multiple controlled climate units of different sizes without pressure. Pricing was clearly presented before commitment. Contract documentation (computer shown & signed) was clearly explained page by page. Entrance and Exit from storage location was easier, and access to unit quicker, than my previous storage company. Have no information yet from my temperature and humidity device but the construction of the storage unit itself indicates better climate control than my prior storage unit. Picked this company because it was more convenient to my home location, but would do business with them again based on the initial service.

I came in yesterday to purchase a box and I am glad of my purchase. I proceeded to the bathroom and I was surprised about how clean the bathroom was, and I felt very comfortable. Cleanest I’ve seen for a long time.

Abraham was incredibly helpful today, I downsized to a smaller unit and he sorted it all out on the same level and prorated the price. Also, sorted out my empty boxes and garbage bags for me. Very kind, so appreciative as it was a very long day and this bit of extra care really helped me out :)

I came to the storage unit today and realized I left my keys at home. Devin was very helpful in assisting me with getting the lock off and assisting with a new lock. I didn’t have to wait long and no issues was had. Thank you guys
