Everyone i dealt with was really nice, the facilities are nice too. But i was contacted on the phone after my initial inqueries and was told i would have 24 hr access but in reality it is 6am to 9pm. That is still pretty good. But i was also sold the space as a 5' x11', when it is actually only 5' x 8'. Like i said, i like the facility and the staff very much. But i was hoping to get a price reduction yo reflect the real size, or get a true 5' x 11' at the price * atached picture shows an 8 foot peice of masonite fitting the exact length of the space

It's not easy for one girl to move stuff in and out. They have this horrible sharp ramp and the carts they have are so thin so when you push things fall off. The place was also broken into recently. My unit and several others trashed

My daughter chose this facility due to 24 hour access. We went two weeks ago at 11pm to then be denied access. Come to find out no longer 24 hours and she recieved no notification of changes.

I thought it was a very simple and smooth process booking the storage lot online. However I didn't get the access code in order to begin storing my items. I called right away but nothing was done as of yet. I lost almost 12 hours of moving although my move in date was yesterday, November 4th. Very disappointed.

I totally understand the concept of full automation, however the communication between central office and local facilities and renters needs to be way tighter and better organized. I have a slew of Emails but still find myself having to make phone calls to get information such as facility access codes, etc.
