My move-in experience was quite easy. The Storage Post representatives Anna and Jawad were very personable and accommodating. When I came the next day to move in very early in the morning I told Jawad about an issue I had. He was in the process of doing maintenance on the first floor. But he stopped what he was doing and went upstairs with me, surveyed the problem, went back downstairs, got a ladder, came back with it resolved my issue. I can't ask for better service than that. Storage Post was a good choice.

Have had minor issues in the past with not receiving referral incentive. Staff is usually courteous but should brush up on customer service skills since some remarks previously given have been a bit judgemental. Units always available, bathroom always clean. My only issue is the elevator, took quite a while to go down 4 floors, thought I was going to get stuck.

The staff is friendly and having 24 hour access is very helpful. My only complaint is that if you’re there after 6pm when the office is closed,the bathroom is frequently out of toilet paper. This should be checked and restocked before the staff leave for the night.

I had a tragic loss in my family, still running around trying to get things sorted, it would be 30 years next month and im just everywhere, the two young ladies at the front desk were so professional, A very caring and attentive to me as I turned the necessary document, A young lady Denise was awesome!!!!!! I shared my heart with her and just he listening and the advice she gave along with a personal area she went through was Incredible!! if you can clone Denise and send her to all of your location, I guarantee you would have no problem thank you Denise for all that you are. May God continue to bless you richly.

Clean and cheap. Used to be able to access 24/7, so the restricted hours now is too bad.

I rented a small locker. Price low. Great deal. Plus free rent. The manager Santos was very helpful and explained everything. Moved in same day. Thank You. I do recommend this location that's near to Manhattan, NY.

I was pleased with how smooth and easy the process to rent the unit was. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating to my needs which I very much appreciated and acknowledged. I only wish it was available 24 hrs, but besides that i will definitely recommend

The move was fabulous. All arrangements were in place to unload the goods from truck and take them to the storage space. Even the booking of storage space went smoothly and the overall communication process was satisfactory.

I truly like the facility, and all the represetatives are extremly helpful - but there is never any parking in the back loading dock. The spaces are rented out - and as someone who needs the dock, the access is limited. Otherwise the storage is great - dock parking, not so much.
