Very helpful and amazing service!

I'm so glad this facility was purchased from Extra Space. The new owners & management team do just that...manage as a team!! Each time I called and talked to someone about a need or concern I was meet with a polite & helpful response. Devon the facility manager was very helpful, as was Eddie. At the corporate office Edith was kind , even jovial. I was actually doing a move out, but had these people been working there before I made the decision to leave, I may have stayed. My advice: KINDLY ASK THESE PEOPLE FOR WHAT YOU NEED, and you just may be given the help. Sincerely, Tomas P

Things were a little rocky at first, as I didn't receive the lease to sign prior to move in day (like I was supposed to) and I wasn't given the heads up that the unit only take cylinder locks, so I had to purchase one onsite (and unexpected expense). However, aside from those things, Eddie was GREAT and helped me upgrade to a larger unit that was in a more convenient location. I will say though, that the carts are scarce there, so you might want to bring your own.

From the moment I arrived, Eddie demonstrated a top-tier personality welcoming, accommodating, and highly professional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about storage solutions and offered valuable advice tailored to my specific needs. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're visiting Storage Post I highly recommend asking for Eddie. His dedication to customer satisfaction sets a high standard and reflects the quality of service you can expect at this location.

There needs to be more carts do the consumer can put there items it there storage other than that I’m satisfied with my unit it’s the perfect size and fit.

Facility has had some improvements but I'm not convinced that the improvements warrant such big rent increases. Pricing reflecting Loyalty Appreciation and incentive to stay would be nice.

Initially I made a one star review due to the poor customer service I experienced from the manager and unit conditions I discovered a week ago 10/25/25. I have been a tenant for over a year and purchased an additional unit for more space. However, when moving out my smaller unit I saw rat poop and rat holes at the corners of the unit. When reporting that to the on duty manager he was not helpful and made no attempt to remedy the issue and blamed the previous ownership for my issue. Following that experience I reported that to the customer service line where I spoke with Alex who sent an email to the district manger Raina on my behalf. Raina quickly responded the next business day and provided amazing customer service and provided me with a credit due to my experience. She was very friendly and understanding, ensuring that additional training would be provided for the current management to better handle these incidents. If you have any issues I would suggest calling the customer support line and ask for the district manager if you experience no support from the lower level management. Also Denise in the other team members were a great help and had great energy!

The biggest problem I see here, is the limited amount of dollys. Other than that, I believe that I'm going to like storing my belongings here. I wasn't told that I had to buy a lock. I believe that but if information should be made known to your customers beforehand. That wasn't an expected expense. We made do. Eddie was very helpful retrieving a dolly for us. The site was clean and I really wasn't expecting it to be so nice inside and out. I would totally recommend this place.

The Albany park location is exceptionally safe and the Staff (Claudia)is very friendly and informative.

We used this storage unit for about 4 months and in that time I believe it changed companies twice. We have had issues in the past with Extra Space/Life Storage here: rude, unhelpful staff; lack of communication with clients when gates are broken, and issues trying to have movers move our things to our new place. But today I went to close out our unit after being transferred to Storage Post, and I was pleasantly surprised at not only how kind Jessica was, but how extremely helpful she was in getting my unit closed, communicating my finals payments, and letting me out of the gate after my account/key code was shut down from closing my unit! I really hope this place is pivoting with this new group coming in. It wasn’t a bad place to rent besides the pst poor staff.

I had a tragic loss in my family, still running around trying to get things sorted, it would be 30 years next month and im just everywhere, the two young ladies at the front desk were so professional, A very caring and attentive to me as I turned the necessary document, A young lady Denise was awesome!!!!!! I shared my heart with her and just he listening and the advice she gave along with a personal area she went through was Incredible!! if you can clone Denise and send her to all of your location, I guarantee you would have no problem thank you Denise for all that you are. May God continue to bless you richly.
