I have a Unit and been having it for almost 2 years. Prior to recent change from Extra Space Storage now becoming Post Storage I Met Denise(Manager) She been a huge help. There been a few bumps on the way from the transfer and she been always willing to help me and accommodate for the inconvenience . Every-time i pass thru the office she is always in a great attitude and smile willing to help.

Adrian is truly amazing at this facility. Now a days it feels actually impossible to find a facility that is willing to go the extra mile to make things right and show their customers they value them, for the first time in a long time I felt valued as a customer because of Adrian. I truly hope he is recognized and compensated for being an excellent employee. I would recommend this facility (to deal with Adrian specifically) to anyone I know in a heart beat.

Just rented out a storage space and the facility is super clean and the manager Jessica gave me a tour of the facility at the Edgewater storage facility was very kind and helpful! Great experience, would definitely recommend !

Been running at this location over 15 years. Had a few problems. Just met the new store manager Jessica who was such a delight. She was very helpful in my move out process and also want to give appreciation to a man named Devin who also viewed in on the situation and got me the results I needed. They were both professional and very kind people. Awesome experience! Great facility!
