I walk pass this place, almost everyday, I needed storage and Ian went above and beyond to help me get a storage room that would fit my things at a great rate, place is very clean and the have cameras everywhere, even another customer that Ian was helping also said this place is great. Coming to leave a review primarily for the help that Jessica gave me. We were moving in on thanksgiving and moving our storage unit from another facility the day before. Because the google hours didn’t reflect the different holiday hours we showed up just after closing, Jessica went out of her way to get us set up with our unit and ready to load in from the dock. The storage unit is pretty much what you would expect from a place at this price in Chicago, carts are provided, heated/cooled, nice and clean with a good parking lot after the gate. Thanks again Jessica, truly a lifesaver.

Our daughter uses this facility for college storage. Jessica is the absolute best. Definitely would recommend this storage facility.

Stopped at my storage space office today, and I had Max take care of my storage space follow-up he was very courteous and professional and informative he helped me with all my needs in regards to my unit I highly recommend this location.
