So I was a customer of extra space and they had good customer service, when the sold to Storage post I felt nothing but I must say the service I’ve been provided with this new company has been GREAT!! Literally no complaints. Every staff that they’ve had has been very polite & respectful. The guy Eddy/ Eddie wouldn’t even allow me to tip him.

I had a great experience with Eddie, this is my first time renting a storage unit and he was very helpful, pleasant, professional and made the process extremely easy. Very straightforward with pricing, no hidden fees. Thanks so much, Eddie.
