The two women at the front desk have amazing customer service skills and an incredible attitude that makes you want to keep renting at this location. While I did not get their names, they were both very helpful in making sure I got the unit that was the perfect size for the items I needed to store. It didn’t feel like they were trying to “upsell” me, which is something I truly appreciate. Many many thanks to both of these women for making my transfer from one unit to another as smooth as butter and for having the patience to explain size and pricing to me. These ladies deserve a raise! 10/10 would recommend!
