Brittany and Raina are absolute angels! They have taken care of me from the moment I made my reservation -- incredibly communicative, organized, helpful, and problem-solvers. I've actually never had such a positive experience with self storage. So appreciative for their heart and customer service.

My overall time with extra space was absolutely amazing. I moved in and my stuff was kept safe and sound. Then of course I misplaced my keys and Nancy was very nice and she is very understanding and yeah I would definitely recommend them because Nancy and her crew was just absolutely amazing and awesome. Polite and cool 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

I rented a space in albany park online, I then met robert who was very helpful in showing me to my space today I came to move in, I met jessica who helped me utilize my stuff and explain the storage in and out great facility, awesome customer service

Just rented out a storage space and the facility is super clean and the manager Jessica gave me a tour of the facility at the Edgewater storage facility was very kind and helpful! Great experience, would definitely recommend !

Storage Post Self Storage is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a secure and well-kept facility. The customer service is top-notch, and Devin, the manager, is incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process easy and stress-free.
