Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! Thanks for all of your help and consideration.

I have had the most peaceful and reassuring experience at the River road Storage Post. My favorite specialist is Brandon Adams who has always patiently guided me through keeping my property safe and making sure I pay in a timely manner in order to keep to the terms of the storage rented. THANK YOU to everyone else I have met along the way as they also have been friendly.

Revising my review. Initially the things I stored here grew mold and i was told that I would not be compensated for it. However the manager at this location helped me the best he could to help me get some compensation for my belongings. I received less than the value of what was in the unit, but I appreciate them taking responsibility for what happened.

Well I was bummed to know my original online contract I made with Storage Post was scheduled incorrectly. I wanted a climate control unit l, the unit they gave me wasn't, and this information was nowhere on the receipt either. However, Rick was able to get everything straightened out and all worked out!
