This storage company is the best! The units are immaculate and the staff is incredible. In particular the Manager Brandon was extremely helpful when i accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. Brandon went above and beyond to help me retrieve the keys. Thank you Storage Post and Brandon!!!

Revising my review. Initially the things I stored here grew mold and i was told that I would not be compensated for it. However the manager at this location helped me the best he could to help me get some compensation for my belongings. I received less than the value of what was in the unit, but I appreciate them taking responsibility for what happened.

Well I was bummed to know my original online contract I made with Storage Post was scheduled incorrectly. I wanted a climate control unit l, the unit they gave me wasn't, and this information was nowhere on the receipt either. However, Rick was able to get everything straightened out and all worked out!
