I've had a unit at River Road Storage Post since 2008. The service there has always been impeccable -- helpful, competent and kind -- in short, humane -- a rarity these days. I've never had a problem with the unit's security or any kind of infestation by bugs. The facility is kept clean. I highly recommend. I heartily second and third (if that's possible!) the service that Brandon provides and agree that management should give him a raise and understand what an asset he is to the company.

Storage Post is a gem! The facilities are spotless, and the friendly staff, especially Brandon, make renting a unit a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Well I was bummed to know my original online contract I made with Storage Post was scheduled incorrectly. I wanted a climate control unit l, the unit they gave me wasn't, and this information was nowhere on the receipt either. However, Rick was able to get everything straightened out and all worked out!

Nice facility, I feel it is clean. But they do have some nickle and diming going on. Eg. I reserved a smaller unit, needed a larger unit on day of and this was all discussed prior to 'check-in' ... they wanted to charge me $20 to 'transfer' to the larger unit. Mind you I had not checked in even. The representative who was very nice said he would waive it - but didn't in the end when I looked at the paperwork . Just odd.

Staff was very friendly, unit was clean. Only downside is that I can only get to my unit during business hours, but I knew that going in! So far so good!!!

Took the time to fill out all the unnecessary paper work online. Paid by credit card and two days later when I went to check in I had to do it all over again. So do yourself a favor and don't do anything online. Just show up and expect to spend about 25 minutes fooling with paperwork. The access code you get online isn't right either. As far as the unit goes It's pitch dark you can't see anything inside. I'm on the second floor. It was kind of dirty in the hallway. I haven't put anything in it yet because I'm not sure this is going to work out for me. I don't like the ramp to load and unload on the second floor. The young lady at the desk was as nice as she could be. It's not her fault this place isn't really set up right. I might try to get on the first floor and perhaps that will solve my issues. I'll update this review if that happens. Update: Storage Post has transferred me to a first floor unit which fixes the issue I had with the ramp. Once again Maria at the front desk was very helpful. They were very fast to respond to this.
