The customer agent that helped me was Sean. He was extremely courteous and polite and went above and beyond to explain the procedures and policies of the facility. He had a lot of patience and I appreciate the time he spent going over things with me and honestly if it wasn't for him taking that time with me I probably would have stored my belongings else where. I want to personally acknowledge my appreciation for the outstanding service .on my very first visit. And again, thank you once again.
