Anthony was amazing! We upgraded our unit after nine years at this location. This location is clean, modern and convenient! Never had a problem in 9 years! Highly recommend this location.

I can’t begin to explain how great and professional this storage site has been. The service specialist Ian, in the Ridge-wood office was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had issues with the space I originally booked and he worked with me and help me restored a peace of mind doing my moving process. I highly recommend.

Livan and Gabe are wonderful guys that made my life easier by giving me an inquiry and sending it to my social worker which decreased stress levels. The tour around the facility was magnificant , clean bright atmosphere, Great customer service and a good opportunity to communicate one on one level. All my questions were answered and very knowledgeable answers.

I had a dilemma picking up my son from college. My wife had made arrangements to place his items in storage close to his university. However, that was not to be. Mind you, I was 4 hours away from the Self Storage location in the Rockaways. Long story short, place call to SS, and they accommodated me with the storage unit that I was looking for a 5 / 5, and everything was done over. The phone contract was sent and received past codes provided access upon arrived at the storage unit BY 9:30 PM and stored all my son's stuff, so kudos to self storage.
