Excellent Service! I drove with my family down from New Haven, Conn on a cold Saturday morning. We were tired and frustrated from traveling so far. We registered online but usually have issues at places cause somehow someone always effs it up! I have to say tho, The store manager at 979 Brook, Jose was a true delight! He showed us to the bathroom, helped us get carts and showed us all the amenities of this facility and even offered us some coffee to keep us warm. He was very nice and made the move-in process very easy for us! Thank you so much! We hope your other other locations have this same level of service! THANK YOU STORAGE POST AND THANK YOU JOSE!

Very Good Staff and Respectful Worker's. Is Clean but lockers seem to Small for the Price but Worth it,, Due to I'm Disabled and My Locker is high from the floor to get I'n Myself,, and I Live just 2 Short blocks Away from it. I Do Recommend. There Very Responsible When You Report Any issues Related to your Unit.

I helped a friend move from one 5 x 5 storage unit to another. The one she was in was over $200 a month. This one was next-door for 75 a month with two months free. Price locked in for six months. About $55 up front. Processing etc. $355 over 6 month as opposed to about $1300. Kendra at the desk was kind and very easy to deal with. Make sure you go when Hector is there. High energy. Very accommodating. You can tell he likes what he does. He should get a raise. Let’s face it. It’s a concrete and metal box. Lot’s of choices around. I highly recommend this place because of the employees.
