The young lady at the desk was very customer friendly, she explained everything in full detail. Her demeanor was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable . Even as I was expressing my concerns she was able to assure me that my belongings will be safe .

This is my second time renting a unit in this location and I have to say: “Is awesome’. A lot of space, privacy, service. Always neat and clean. A lot of carts to make your moving easy. The Storage Manager Ozzie is so knowledgeable, helpful and sympathetic towards customers. He understood when I told him that I had reached my limit with the unit room and needed to clean it out before my next months bill date arrives. With each day that passed, he patiently checked up on my progress of moving things out of my unit before I finally succeeded in cleaning out my entire unit.
