I put a reservation online and when I came in the guy named Carlos showed me 3 different units and he was very patient with me and sweet. He was going to eat his lunch but instead he helped me. I appreciated the effort and conversation with Carlos. He made my experience better.

Very helpful staff (thanks Brent!) least expensive option locally. Doesn’t have amenities of other storage places (only one wheely cart) but the units are quite accessible.

The nicest people to work with when the rain hit hard a couple weeks ago the lower floors was flooded in they moved us up to higher floor in took care in made sure all was right

UPDATE! *** i am now pleased as the customer service crew from storage post have called me and have given access to extended hours! thank you for listening to your customers!!! i didn’t really have much to say until now. i’m not happy about the hour changes ever since the new company took over. although, i think i know why. there were a lot of crazy people coming in and out of the facility before to the point that i would feel unsafe going alone. i do like the new system they have with the elevators. but some of us work late and only get to go after 5, now that they close at 6 i barely make it. i think closing at 7 would be reasonable! please change your hours!
