We moved some old furniture that had belonged to my grandmother, as well as three book cases and multiple boxes, into a second space at Storage Post Yonkers the week before the December holidays. I was a little nervous about pulling this off so close to the holidays, as it is a busy time and can be challenging to get one-on-one customer service anywhere! Alex, the Storage Post manager, was amazing. He orchestrated the whole process so well for us that everything about the move-in went incredibly smoothly and efficiently. When we realized that a first space selected was not going to be the perfect size, he went back to the list of available spaces and was able to assess our items and square footage needs, and chose the perfect space right away. He also helped my husband and our movers recommend exactly how to place the items in the space to maximize use of the space. In short, he is a fantastic manager -- super competent, professional, and really nice to deal with. It makes us think of Storage Post almost as a family run business because of the attention to customer service. And btw Storage Post Yonkers is well maintained, accessible and has competitive prices!
