I have been with Storage Post for many years. The manager Ms.Gloria Ramirez has been a great asset to this facility. Any encounter I had with Gloria has been pleasant, professional and helpful. Anything that I need or any problems she has always been there. I appreciate her so much. They say you have to give credit when it's due and she has been outstanding. Thank you so much for placing her here with us. We appreciate her very much.

Walked in today to inquire about some information about the storage. Lizzette was Amazing. She was pleasant and took her time to explain things to me. Even if it took me a little while lol. Thank you for having patience. Place was well Kept and clean. Keep being Awesome !!!!! Keep up the great work. Very inviting will come back and do my business there with Lizzette.

We just had a great experience at the East Village location of Storage Post. We were greeted by Lynda in the front office who was friendly and super helpful. Claudio was professional and courteous as he helped us with the freight elevator and walked us to our unit. The space is exactly what we need and easy to access. I will absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs storage in the area!

Liz beltran attended me over the phone and in person she made me feel comfortable to rent out a unit. she explained everything to me she was very nice and quick and answeredall my questionsand concerns. Facility was clean inside and out i will recommend .

Let me just tell you. Johahna is the best employee they have not only. Does she fix my issue every time, but she does it with such grace and compassion. She really cares about the customers. And even though it’s just a job. It feels like I’m talking to my Friend, who helps me anytime..

I was extremely pleased with the treatment that I received from the staff. I came late, was frazzled, just lost my son in a tragic way, and they didn’t turn me away even though it was just minutes before they closed and I’m forever grateful.
