Wow! Couldn't of asked for better customer service at this place. Marie has been nothing but helpfull and pleasant. Though she was very busy with other customers she She acknowledged my husband and i right away. I appreciated how knowledgeable she is. Marie was very understanding to my needs and she definitely made my day with her great sense of humor. I wish i could rate this place more stars!!

I came in late and the building was about to close but Karim stayed to help me out. I had to go but told Karim I'll be back in the morning. I came back with my brother despite the weather and found out my unit was sold to another customer at 5am online. I was ready to leave but Karim showed us another unit and told us we should try it out. We decided to give it a try! Yesterday was my first experience renting a storage unit, and I was fortunate to be greeted by Vinny upon entering the building. From the moment we met, his energy, professionalism, and knowledge were immediately apparent and truly appreciated. Vinny took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
