I was amazed at the level of customer service when I first got there. The original unit I reserved was not what I was looking for and the woman there was able to figure out what I needed that will work for my business and at a cheaper rate than the other facilities. The hours of access are even better than the rest. Definitely glad I signed up. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Storage Post handled my issues and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Gloria and Edgar attended to my every request (and there were quite a few of them) and made the process of registering and moving in seamless. The units are just what I need. I have all of my belongings at this facility in The Bronx I have been with them for almost 2 years already and they have been so much help. I'm not only happy about how clean the manager Kristian keeps it but he is also kind with answering any questions. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see their belongings well kept and in the same condition. Kristian is awesome and so hands on I really felt welcomed and attended to.
