I was actually looking for a different storage place got lost and winded up at Storage Post where Gloria and her excellent customer service skills won me over and I ended up renting from them.

The customer service at the Brook ave location was 10/10. David and Tyrone are exceptional at identifying the size of the units and best location for your needs. They were patient and generous with their time. This is right location in that area for storage with the best staff to assist you.

Went in this past weekend to get some pricing. Spoke to a female, believe her name was Theresa. She had a few customers there and was the only one working. Even with her being busy she helped me out, gave me all the info I needed regarding unit pricing and truck use. She was more helpful than whoever I spoke to when calling the main Storage Post number. Would recommend this location just because of her.

I can’t lie this man is a genie lol he knew I would come back to do business with us after seeing how clean this place is compared to the location across the street I had to come back. I wanna thank Majick for helping me find the right space , he was honest with pricing and made sure I was able to fit my clothes inside.
