In my hour of need, Deanna came to my rescue. She proved to be caring, patient and very understanding all the while being very professional. I presently have very poor mobility. Both Deanna and the other manager went above and beyond what's expected of them. From my experience these 2 ladies are definitely assets to your company.

My Review is for Edyta. Edyta is the friendliest, most professional, caring woman on your staff, ever, bar none. I have been in this location for years and while I’ve come across some nice people, Edyta is the Best. Hands down. She has been supportive, a great listener, very knowledgeable about all things Storage post and each time I speak to her, she is very patient with me. I went through a difficult event and while I was frazzled and overwhelmed, she allowed me explain my situation, gave me the space to express myself, all without judgement. She has no idea how much that meant to me. I was lucky enough to speak to her today again and I made sure to make her aware of the impact her kindness had on me. This PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME

Excelente Servicio! This place was nice but was always dirty and staff was kind of rude. Lately there have been some nice changes. The building is clean, smells good and finally we can get parking. Also I see new staff who is very friendly y hablan en espanol! Jose gave us a tour, showed us several units and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes! I will recommend to my friends and family for sure!

I was soo impressed by the facility at Storage Post! The district manger Alex Oates was extremely helpful and made a way for me to get the storage space I needed! Alex helped us above and beyond! I highly recommend this facility! The staff member Gloria was very pleaseant and prompt getting the paperwork as well! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY SPACE! I would not go any other place!!

I was nervous walking into the place for the simple fact that i went to two different storage places today and the price was so high for the space i needed. From start to finish Kristian was GREAT !!! he told me everything i need to know, he went and grabbed a push cart for me and helped me load my sofa onto the cart as i was alone. If you guys ever need storage and want to be treated like family this is the place to go and just ask for Kristian.
