Hi, Gloria. I just went to Storage Post at 112 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx this afternoon. I found out that there is no air-condition. It was hot inside. I wondered what happened. I would like to discuss about my struggle budget. I have been supporting Storage Post business by paying my Storage Post unit's fee for more than 3 years. Storage Post increased my rate. I'm honest with you that I really can't afford to pay the new increase although Storage Post sees it is just a little. The 'little' increase affects my life largely when I can't find a 'design' job that I want to work because many companies in the design industry don't hire or offer a person with disability an advanced-level job. I really hope Storage Post will understand and let me pay the same price or reduced price. Your thoughtful consideration will be appreciated greatly.

I wanted the next size up larger room but it was almost double the price for the difference of a few feet.

I'm giving this place four stars because it's so darn creepy and yet so awesome. It might be by a metal scrap yard, down a dead end street, across the tracks from the metro north, and generally shady (abandoned delivery trucks, also saw a random clown service), but storage here is half of what you pay at Manhattan mini and they have the most flexible access hours.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Storage space advertised is not accurate. Only approximate however. Staff offered another space in new building but I declined. My 10x10 (actually 10x8) was sufficient for my needs. They also gave me 2 free months so I need not complain. Definitely recommend them.

Good location, loading dock is tight, unless you are a trucker. Very confusing set up(they are all the same, I wonder if one person owns all the storage) this location has B, Ld, M, choose your pain. Once you figure it out what floor you are going...good luck finding your locker. No idea where 287 is, no signs, no floor plans. If there is a fire, you are not coming out alive. The only positive is the attendant, what a professional!

This location is very new (and, in fact, still partially under construction at this time), but thanks to that they offer some great rates on storage. Very accessible by road (just a block from the Bruckner off-ramp of the Willis Ave Bridge), though not as much by train — it's about a half-mile walk from the nearest #6 stop. The layout is a little overcrowded and maze-like, with some levels having steel grid deck "floors" and some units being tricky to access. (Entrances around corners, doors that swing open into the accessway, etc.) So, depending on where in the facility your unit is located, it can be tricky to store larger items or move a lot of stuff in and out. But especially for lighter, more compact storage needs, Storage Post can be a great resource and the price is right!
