I came in late and the building was about to close but Karim stayed to help me out. I had to go but told Karim I'll be back in the morning. I came back with my brother despite the weather and found out my unit was sold to another customer at 5am online. I was ready to leave but Karim showed us another unit and told us we should try it out. We decided to give it a try!
