I came from Storage Maxx who’s closing and I went to Storage Post and Pedro and Leslie were very nice and showed excellent Customer Service and I believe this will be a great transition for me. I’m a new member of Storage Post!

Easy in and out. Staff consistently friendly and helpful. Security doors consistently broken. Either the main exterior roll up loading dock door or roll up to storage units is broken open.

I was amazed at the level of customer service when I first got there. The original unit I reserved was not what I was looking for and the woman there was able to figure out what I needed that will work for my business and at a cheaper rate than the other facilities. The hours of access are even better than the rest. Definitely glad I signed up. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Storage Post handled my issues and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Gloria and Edgar attended to my every request (and there were quite a few of them) and made the process of registering and moving in seamless. The units are just what I need.
