Great storage considering I got a 7 x 5 for 20 a month due to an error. But it lasted almost a year until I got a letter that they were going to raise the price . 5 stars cause they kept their promise and my stuff was secure. The place is organized and clean!

Randy always gives a little extra customer service when possible; something that is unfortunately missing in a lot of other places. Great "can do" attitude.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nychelle who is so pleasant and resourceful. I came into this location with a-million-and-one questions and I even called a couple times as well. Each time, Nychelle was respectful and knowledgeable about my concerns. Overall, the customer service at this location is phenomenal and it made the process to secure a storage unit feel like a breeze.

The manager, Gloria Ramirez, was so helpful and provided me service with a joyful smile and playful attitude.

The staff at this location are very occomadating, friendly and helpful. I want to specifically thank Dionna for all her help. I would recommend using this location.

So, my lock weirdly just stopped working! And Lizette came by to save me worth her super customer service. I honestly neverrrrrr have an issue here they are supper helpful and always accommodating. This may jus seem like a simple job you clock in and clock out too... but she always works wit us with heart and compassion which is really appreciated when working with personal items. I had a previous storage that was horrible (A&A storage) so this is a huge upgrade and I feel really secure. having my items stored here. THANK YOU LIZETTE. At the moment, she is currently running up and down just for me to get my storage open. If that isn’t customer service, then idk what is!!!

Long Time Storage Post Customer ! After some issues at the start obtaining a second unit. I want to recognize how helpful Delroy and William at Storage Post were. They are both true gentlemen. They followed up on every concern I had and did everything possible to make sure I felt like a valued customer. Their follow-up calls and professional kindness meant a lot and made all the difference. In addition, the customer service team at the call center — a male and a female whose names I unfortunately cannot recall — were also outstanding. They were polite, patient, and proactive. They offered me a deal without me even asking and quickly rectified any billing issues I had. Overall, the team went above and beyond to turn my experience around, and I deeply appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown throughout.

I moved into a unit with my daughters at Fordham yesterday. Good Pricing and Great service. The manager Mr. Salcedo and Lady were great! Place looked very clean and The bathroom looked better than my own at home! They were friendly and bilingual too! It got busy at one point but handled it nicely and they still made it go by fast and easy for me. They gave us all info we needed and helped us get the unit we really wanted! ! I wish I can give 6 stars!
