I've had a unit at River Road Storage Post since 2008. The service there has always been impeccable -- helpful, competent and kind -- in short, humane -- a rarity these days. I've never had a problem with the unit's security or any kind of infestation by bugs. The facility is kept clean. I highly recommend. I heartily second and third (if that's possible!) the service that Brandon provides and agree that management should give him a raise and understand what an asset he is to the company.

Maxx you were the true definition of what I call customer service. You were jovial and welcoming when I entered the building. Very courteous, compassionate to the needs of my request, and very personable which made the process fun and easy. Love your authentic nature of kindness. You are stellar of customer service I must say!

I was greeted by a very a young man named Armando, he was very polite and informative. He took his time explaining the whole process and even took me in a tour to see the sizes. The units are very clean

Rudy and Tanya are the best, I've been with Storage Post for many years and the past staff are the worst customer service people you ever encounter i have to ask if Storage Post look for the worst people to hire. Rudy and Tanya keep it up and more customer will be coming to Storage Post!
