Fast and professional service. Matt showed me the unit, loaded information in the computer, explained some policies to me and I was ready to move. After loading some items in the space, I noticed that the latch is very loose on the roll up door. Matt came right over checked it out and will take care of it when a new one comes in. The outdoor parking is very crowded and all filled up, but that is part of renting. Company must be doing something right. Update 12/12/19 Rented a second unit with my brother and outside parking opened up just rented a space for a trailer or service truck. Another great experience with the crew at Storage Post. Thank you Matt.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable and made the experience a nice one. There was plenty equipment for moving, everything was clean. Nice facility.

Jack was a phenomenal help when we rented a new unit! He showed us a larger unit and helped transfer our original promo over to the new unit.

The website and the call center gave me some misinformation about the availability of time that I did not realize would cause me serious inconvenience until I actually got to the space (which is under construction). However, I was super impressed with the effort and overtime that the company (the staff in office, the manager out of office, the district manager and others on the phone) affixed to resolve the issue. They worked really hard to help me out and made the necessary adjustments to get me to be able to move in that day without a hitch. The manager, Ivan and his staff member Hassan, really made all the difference. I am giving them a four out of five, because the facility is still being constructed. If it weren't for the experience of working mainly with these two, I would have given them a one out of five. That's how much they improved my impression of the company.

Very helpful at front desk Facility is generally clean Needs more carts for transporting storage. Larger size carts would be more useful.
