I came to pay my bill and Tanaysha was the best

I was supposed to be moving to a new apartment and a water pipe burst which put my move off a few weeks. I already have another unit and was looking to store the rest of my belongings until the repairs were done. I had reserved a 12x17 unit but by the time I had gotten there it had been rented. Your employee, Angie, was wonderful. She took me to a few units until we found the best one and she was so helpful when it came to linking both units together and helping us to finish our move. She was very helpful and put my brother and I at ease. I hope that you tell her how much we appreciated her help in what could have been a difficult situation

Lavona and Edilee were great! I made a visit and inquired about a 5x10 unit which I will be moving into next week! I’ve chosen to look around to see what storages best fit me and I believe my husband and I will choose here. both very knowledgeable and helpful ! Let’s not forget both smiles and personality’s very vibrant ! I highly recommend. The buildings kept extremely clean.

Lavona wowed me away ! Omg. My mother and I left here beyond satisfied! She showed me the new units on the first floor we have had a unit here before and a lot has changed. But in such a positive way ! She gave us a tour around the building, she is very funny and very outstanding ! I want to thank you for such great hospitality!!!!! My mother would love to rent a unit on the first floor when it’s ready and we’ll be upgrading to a bigger unit once one becomes available. She really blew me away ! She even shook my hand as we left. I am in disbelief! I have never had such good customer service.

Ashley was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my storage unit. I will definitely be coming back because of her excellent service!

John and Alex are great. So easy to work with. Any small issues or questions I have had, John has handled promptly and quickly. Great storage at a great price.

Good place to store your items. Beginning to automate, but still not accessible 24/7. Business hours posted on their website. Usually clean, but for some reason have recently done away with their trash cans on every floor. Prices similar to nearby storage places. They usually help out at community fairs.

Anthony is great!! He took his time and explained everything to me!! He even gave me 2 months free!! What a great deal!! I'm glad I chose Storage Post!!
