Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. Im a fire alarm vendor(highrisefire)for storage post i had a great experience while testing their fire alarm system i was in good hands with kevin miller area manager at this location very helpful,profetional great customer service and a exceptional employee,kevin was awesome made my job and my day easier,i recommed this location to everyone well deserve five stars.

I reserved a storage unit online this morning at about 8:30 am, and received a call from Larry within minutes of the store opening. He was polite and helpful and welcomed me to New York.
