The gentleman who helped us get the storage unit was amazing, courteous, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. He is truly a gem to have around.

Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. Great storing experience so far. Thank you Zophia..

We rented last week and I've been procrastinating on writing this review but I promise Ashley I would !! Your personality is amazing super friendly , bubbly and patient!! Thank you for everything love !! I’ve had my things in a huge storage compartments for about one year and each and every time I’ve had a concern or question everyone on staff has always been helpful, professional and very courteous In assisting me each time. The facility is extremely clean which for me is essential and the facility is very convenient if one needs to grocery shop and a Petsmart is located a hop, skip and a jump from them. When my POD arrived I thought it was going to be a challenge but everything was done quickly due to the availability of their 2 huge elevators. I recommend this particular facility to anyone needing great access to their belongings because of their after hours extended hours and great staff.

First I want to start off by saying Ashley has GREAT customer service and she is one the reason that My husband and I decided to view the space . I was price shopping and I had a few stores to check out but Ashley secured my decision! We will be renting here, Thank you Ashley

This is my first time renting a storage unit and Ozzie the manager made the process so easy !!! He was very straight forward and to the point, he explained everything and answer all questions. I wish there was more people like him ! His so friendly and helpful !! Will definitely recommend friends and family
