I absolutely am very happy I chose this storage facility to put my belongings in. Not only is it very clean. The gentleman behind the counter in New Rochelle is absolutely amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He also was a tremendous help to me. I am handicap and he helped me push my cart. I am also very deadly afraid of elevators and the gentleman escorted me to my unit on the fourth floor. I forgot he’s name but I think it was Vector. He deserves a raise. Happy customer here. Will recommend it to everyone. Thank You.

On sight manager is tops. He dusts, sweeps, takes care of financial questions and maintains the facility for the most part by himself. STORAGE post is fortunate to have Oz. I've rented from Cubesmart on multiple occasions, Extra Space and others and nobody has been as on the ball as him. Easy entrance and exit. Great choice for your storage needs.

Ozzie is absolutely stellar! I had to do a unit upgrade today and he was extremely patient. It was extremely busy today but at no point did he make me feel like I was being rushed along. He thoroughly explained all of my options and did so with a smile. Thanks, Ozzie!

Porscha was wonderfully; and extremely helpful on the phone. Gave me a detailed description of sizes and what I needed to know. When I got to the office located at the storage facility, John got me signed up and in my unit in minutes. He gave me a tour so I can get to my unit quickest and made sure I was all set up before separating from me. Thanks so much!

I came here about two weeks ago with my girlfriend to rate a unit and the workers in the office were happy and helpful. The building was clean, and their rates are the best I've seen compare to the other storages next door. I would definitely recommend this company and location.

I never used self storage but the manager Anthony walked me through the entire process and made it very simple. Anthony was polite and extremely helpful. The entire process only took a few minutes to rent and get my access code. I was able to get started right away. When I came back a few days later Anthony remembered my name and went out of his way to say "HI" and ask if there was anything I needed. Great storage facility!

Alex Lambertus made the paperwork and registration super easy. There were ample hand carts to help make my move smooth and everything was very clean and well lit. Really great facility.

Storage Post in Yonkers, NY has answered alot of my storage needs. I have experienced excellent customer service from the staff, in particular, the manager Anthony. He is always available with whatever i need, and is willing to work with me, to the best of his ability. Anthony knows all his customers, and addresses them by their names. It really makes a difference when you are acknowledged and your needs are met. Excellent customer service skills.
