I’ve been here with Storage pose going on 3 years ,every time I come it’s very well kept Kennard, the front desk personnel gives great customer service very courteous, very knowledgeable very friendly. We always have a pleasant experience when we come to pay our bill or have any inquiries. He’s a very hard worker and we’re happy to be here at Storage post.

Initially, I was extremely hesitant on storing my personal items in a storage unit and wanted to find a location I could trust. Upon entering the New Rochelle facility, I was greeted by a customer service representative named Ashley. She was extremely welcoming and attentive to my presence. She walked me through the different storage options and pricing. She was very informative and was patient with me, knowing that I was a first time renter. The store was extremely tidy and well kept. Fast forward, I have had my items in storage for over six months now, and I love the accessibility I have to my unit and my consistent monthly rate. This is an ideal storage facility, where you encounter excellent customer service and continued support while your items are there. Love it!!!

Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! We both are aquarius and we laughed about that. She’s a great manager and representative for storage post company. Thanks sweetie !
