My experience was awesome yesterday. Anthony is great he had patience with me and accommodated my needs. His customer service is what sealed the deal. I shopped around before I chose Storage Post. The price and customer service has all others beat by far. Thank you Anthony!!!!

Just rented a unit with the manager Santana she hooked me UP !!!! I love it here it’s quiet clean and very professional I need everyone to come get a unit here NOW she is making history !!! Would definitely recommend and thank you again Ms Santana for all of your help in a time of need !!!!!!

On 6/28/25 I got the best customer service experience, when I tel you Kennard was the best. He explained the paperwork, the storage box, the deals,and the little things. You guys need to go to Storage Post and rent your units. But, make sure you get Kennard!!!!????????

I just booked a storage room to store some possessions while I am moving. Alexandra C. in the New Rochelle facility was incredibly knowledgable and polite. She really knew her stuff, and helped me in making the best choice consider my space needs and pricing.

( Unit 317) I came to the New Rochelle storage post on Saturday first and foremost there was so much commotion going on and the young lady Ashley handle it so well !!!! I actually offered to buy her lunch because I felt so bad for her LOL she gave us a small tour showed us how to access the building after hours in detail , the facility smelled so clean and looked clean as well !! I definitely would recommend this location!! Thank you Ashley !!
